Waivers *****General Policy****** #1: BK9. (“Beyond K9 Training”) will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training and care of the dog(s) identified above (the “Dog”), and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training, care, and post-training instructions. Owner agrees, however, that all animals may exhibit unpredictable behaviors and that BK9 will not be liable for the actions of the Dog that are outside of the control of BK9. Owner agrees to allow random stool samples and vaccination records to ensure safety of trainer(s).  Owner is aware and agrees to a post-training “go-home” session for the benefit of both the owner and the dog in their household when applicable based on location. Out of state “go-home” sessions may incur an additional fee for travel time and distance. If an in-home “go-home” session is not possible, Owner agrees to a virtual session as the alternative. This session will be scheduled at the start of the Board and Train program. If Owner is unable or unwilling to schedule a “go-home” session, whether in person or virtually, then Owner agrees and is aware that his/her dog may not adhere to the training  just given. Owner agrees that the recommendation by BK9 of any product or service is not a guarantee of performance or Owner’s satisfaction with that product or service.
